How It Works / How To Use It / How To Set It Up
Ratchet camplines are used to secure tents, awnings, kayaks, and camping gear quickly and safely. Attach each end to stable anchor points, tighten the ratchet until the line is firm, and lock it in place. They provide strong tension, improve stability in windy conditions, and make setup faster and easier outdoors.
Step 1 - Peg down a tent peg and clip the end carabiner, which clips onto the ratchet. (If it is the other way around it will still work)
Step 2 - Hold down the small back clip on the side of the ratchet and pull the second carabiner to the desired length and clip it onto your tent, gazebo, or other items.
Step 3 - pull the tail end of the rope up away from the ratchet and you will notice it clip into gear. continue pulling until there is a strong tension on the rope.
Step 4 - Sit down and relax, your setup is now secured against Mother Nature.
